Back to a full work week

Four ten hour days was nice while it lasted. Evidently, our company doesn't allow this even if we are slow. Somehow, senior management found out that the Colorado stores were trying it and shut the door on the idea. :(
Jeni, if you were wondering, still works 7 15 hour days. Her senior management wants her to work more and give out more snacks :)

Zachary, Zachary, Zachary (Installment #3)

Thomas went to school the other day just like any day until he reached into his back pack. Much to his surprise, he found his little brother's plastic screw drivers. These are the tools from the popular Disney show Handy Manny. Everybody started laughing at Thomas because he had to point out what had happened. "Ahh, Zachary!!!!" was Thomas's response.
Then tonight, I caught Zachary attempting to put a baby wipe in Thomas's back pack. I thought that was crossing the line mainly because it was dirty. I thought about leaving it in there, but Thomas would probably yell this time.

Four tens?

I officially only work now 4 days a week or do I? Trying to get used to this is getting easier as I am used to 50+ hour work weeks. There is suddenly time for everything. This includes re-budgeting because less hours obviously means less money. :( The Lord continues to provide somehow. :) Now my day off consists of helping Jeni with the kids which sometimes is more demanding than work!!!! I am starting to understand why some nights Jeni is ready to clock out from her never ending job! Thank you honey!!!!

Kiddo update

Thomas: Finally had his throat scoped! This was a big victory as we thought that it couldn't be done. The Children's Hospital has a way with kids (we basically held him down and forced the scope in) His vocal chords are inflamed a little but thats all. A type of Prylosec is supposed to fix this.

Rebekah: Got her Scensy warmer from her mom she wanted. It is pink and is filled with strawberry scent. Her room has become very fragrant!!!!

Zachary: Thinks he is a gymnast. He has tried every kind of flip off the couch and bed he can muster. We continue to pray for this experimentation to pass from his little mind.

Nathan: Is becoming very wiggly. It is getting hard to hold him as he is always moving. He also doesn't think he needs to nap during the day. We are lucky if he sleeps for 30 minutes during the day. In comparison, Zachary at Nathan's age would still take 4 naps at about an hour a piece at 8 months
