The living room Ahhhhh!!

No, I didn't draw the closet paper. I just had to draw the living room!!! What a job! This took hours of overhead painting and tape everywhere!!!. I believe, we are to take a two week break after this undertaking! Painting with 4 kids running around isn't advisable, but still fun. Everybody wanted to help paint, but just couldn't reach the ceiling. :)

Interesting approach to spring cleaning

Spring cleaning does not come easy at our house with 4 kids, so we had to come up with a fun way to do it. Jeni put each room in the house on a piece of paper and put it in a cup. I then drew from this cup to select a room that we will tackle each weekend. Great idea, until I drew the dreaded kitchen paper first. Six straight hours of cleaning later, the kitchen was completely done. The following weekend, I was hoping for an easy room. Yeah! I drew the boys room. How hard could it be to clean one little room? 5 hours later, this room was done. This was made even harder due to the busy Easter weekend. Needless to say, we will never do this room cleaning thing again on a busy weekend. Hopefully, I will draw a closet or something for this next weekend. Stay tuned...
